The Vinton Homes line was inspired by the need of MORE HOMES in the Omaha market. Much like a “pop-up shop” we are creating a “pop-up builder” of quality homes at a reasonable price point in Omaha! Our goal is to add 300 well-built homes to Omaha in the next couple of years.

Vinton Homes are designer inspired, move-in ready, lot included at an underserved price point starting at $400k. There are several floor plans to choose from ranging in size from 1650-2000 sq ft. Every Vinton Home is exclusively customized with unique finishes and “to die for details” by a local interior designer.
